Thanks for shopping with Veterans Apparel. We are confident you’re going to enjoy your purchase, but just in case you aren’t 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our Return and Exchange policy provided below will give needed information on your exchange or return eligibility. Please send your purchase order number as well as your name and address so we can locate your purchase.
How many days do I have to return or exchange an item?
All North American orders are eligible for a return or exchange of any item within 30 days of purchase, with the following exceptions: any items marked as non-returnable will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. We do offer an extended Return Policy for holiday purchases.
When shipping back to Veterans Apparel, please include your original packing slip and send to the following address:

Inspection:
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect to verify the item(s) is still in acceptable (new, unused) condition.
If the item(s) is not in acceptable (new, unused) condition, your return will be denied. Once inspection of your item(s) has been complete, you will receive an email notification of the acceptance/denial of your return.
Denial
If the return is denied, you may either pay to ship the item(s) back or we can dispose of the item(s) for you. If you choose to have the item shipped back, we will send you an invoice that must be paid before your item can be shipped back
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our support team director at customerservice@veteransapparel.net and we will take care of you, right away.
If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange?
Once your return tracking is updated, our automated system will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.
If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? How much will the refund be?
Once your return tracking is updated, our automated system will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of freight. Once the item(s) have been inspected and verified that there are no issues and returned in same condition they were shipped, we will credit back to your method of payment. We do charge a 5% restocking fee.
Will you provide me with a shipping label?
Yes, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns and exchanges.
What if I entered the wrong address?
While we are limited to changes on an order, we will make every effort to fix this if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. Please contact us immediately.
We will also make every effort to get your order to you. You may, however, be responsible for shipping costs for the reshipment of your item(s).
